The Conference Review Committee invites all presenters at the ICBCL-2017 Conference, to consider submitting their papers to the conference special issues in the international and national journals. Members of conference organizing and technical committees are guest editors of these peer reviewed journals. All submitted selected papers will be reviewed by the panel of experts. The decision with regards to acceptance or otherwise will be communicated to authors by the editor(s). The terms and conditions of the journal shall be binding on author(s). The brief details of the journals publishing conference special issues are given below:
Agriculture
Agriculture is an international and cross disciplinary scholarly and scientific open access journal on the science of cultivating the soil, growing and harvesting crops, and raising livestock. Agriculture is published in an open access format – research articles, reviews and other contents are released on the Internet immediately after acceptance. The journal Agriculture will publish reviews, regular research papers, communications and short notes, and there is no restriction on the length of the papers.

Climate
Climate is an international and open access journal on climate research at all scales. Climate invites you to submit research and review articles, new direction papers, and short communications relevant to climate on all scales. Climate was established in 2013 to rapidly publish research results on all aspects of interdisciplinary climate research and has been indexed in the Emerging Sources Citation Index. It has received significant attention and recognition in the scientific community, reflected by substantial increases in the number of papers submitted, published, downloaded, and cited.
